Return and Refund policy:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date for a refund to original payment method or store credit.
• Items must be in original condition in order to be eligible for return.
• For damaged items, please first contact our customer care team for assistance.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from date of return.
• Store Credit will be processed within 1-2 business days from receiving return.

1. Please reach out to process a return label via PLAIN SIGHT JEWELRY. We will generate a shipping label on behalf of your return. Shipping charges($7.99) will be deducted from refund amount. An email will be sent to customer with return shipping label. Remaining balance will be refunded to your bank or credited to a PLAIN SIGHT JEWELRY Gift card based on customers preference. 

         2. Customer can purchase own shipping return method with tracking link.
